Pryme provides services for your home or business that require trusted and reliable providers. Therefore, it is important to have a selected brand for each category of service, instead of relying on random providers.
Is customer relationship management important on Pryme?
Yes, it is. Service brands and customers need to establish a lasting relationship, as your home and business are your most valuable assets. You cannot trust strangers to take care of them.
Is Pryme available nationwide?
No, it is not. As of March 2023, Pryme is only available in NCR. However, it will expand to key cities in the country and region.
Is Pryme only available in the Philippines?
Yes, it is. As of March 2023, Pryme is only available in the Philippines. However, it will expand to SEA in early 2024.
Does Pryme offer other services?
No, it does not. However, Pryme cars, a rental car experience, is in the development stage, as there should be a better mobility experience than the current ones.

Can I book a service outside your current service hours?

Why can’t I cancel a booking within 24 hours before the booking date?
Our technicians are carefully streamlined throughout the day. Due to our volume of requests, we require at least a 24-hour notice to fully maximize our team’s efficiency.
Is there a way I can automate a schedule for regular cleaning?
Pryme currently serves discounted packages for automated services (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, etc.). Please contact a sales representative on our “Contact Us” page so we may organize a schedule best suited for your needs.
How do I update my information?
In a few quick steps you can update your information easily. On the Pryme Services website and application, click/press the “Account” button/tab, and click/press the red icon. You can also add/edit the properties you may require our services in (i.e. home, office space, etc.) under the “My Properties” tab to further streamline the booking process when you require our services.
What health and safety protocols are Pryme’s personnel required to execute before arriving on site?
We have implemented a comprehensive set of health and safety protocols to ensure that our personnel are taking all necessary precautions while delivering our home services. Our personnel are trained on best practices for hygiene and cleanliness, provided with necessary personal protective equipment (PPE), screened for symptoms of illness, and required to stay home if unwell or in contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19. We are committed to keeping our personnel and customers safe while providing high-quality services.
